Staff members are advised with all issues related with inhumane treatment, child and force labor, discrimination, interference, and other forms of abuse which are strictly prohibited.

 

We support career development for staff members through continuous learning and  providing opportunities to develop skills and experiences, assisting them to achieve their career goals.

 

All works must be voluntary, and shall be free to leave work or terminate their employment with reasonable notice and approvals obtained.

 

All staff members have rights to speak out and/or to discuss/bargain with management levels during the weekly meetings. We provide and maintain open and honest communications among all staff and the company.
